Hi, my name is Emma-Jane (EJ). I have loved cooking and baking since I was a young girl. I am a single parent with two children, Mia aged 13 and Toby aged 10. They both love getting involved in the kitchen and taste testing all the recipes. They look forward to finding out what treats are in their lunchbox each day!
I have a full-time job and find baking very relaxing after a full day at work.
Mia was the first of us to be diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2015, closely followed by me and then Toby in 2017. I am passionate about making yummy treats for those like us. I believe that we all deserve some indulgence, and that it is possible to make flavourful gluten free food, without scrimping on taste. I refuse to let coeliac disease hold us back!
